A situation (Possible TW)

This is a situation in a book I'm writing (Possibly a 'choose your own adventure.')

Don't pick at my writing style lol, I just want you to consider the situation, this is just a summary.

Several of you are trapped in a forest and don't seem to be able to find your way out. You've escaped from a cult. In general, you feel lost and like you can't escape/move on. Some of you have been here for years.

A woman approaches you and says she knows the most powerful ritual, which will free you. She leads you down into a crypt, which she says is her home.

She says if you have sex with a skeleton, you will be able to escape the forest.

Would you do it?

Your female protagonist should say yes. It's likely that the skeleton will decide he can't be bothered getting laid anyway. That doesn't surprise me, I didn't think his heart was in it. Our heroine is pleased, she was feeling bone-dry in that area anyway. Yes, the doctor told her to increase her calcium intake but not like this!

Dragon butter sounds very Welsh but judging by the don’t google warnings, it’s probably not going on my toast in the morning.

Hmmm. Well that bit in Full Metal Jacket when the sergeant says "Im gonna give you three seconds...exactly three fucking seconds to wipe that stupid-looking grin off your face, or I will gouge out your eyeballs and skull-fuck you" always piqued my curiosity. From a practical angle I mean. I guess the copulating with skeletal parts notion is not that unusual if it's cropped up in a Kubrick film...

I think they're just all a bit screwed up. They came out of the cult, then in the forest they were worshipping and praying to a boy with no arms and legs.

'You' just tend to go along with these things, without getting too involved, while having occasional disturbing mental and neurological symptoms.

Who knows, I might take you up on that. Smile It's difficult to rememer to write in the present tense as fiction tends to be all in the past tense. I have to go back and correct so many sentences.

@Catflapkitkat No, from googling it looks like my cup of tea. I watched 'Martha Marcy May Marlene' at the pictures, which I enjoyed. Have always found cults interesting- probably been in a few myself.

Aquarius on Netflix was good too.

How can a man shag a pelvis? It's much, much bigger than a cock. You're basically just thrusting into a large gap which has a pelvis around it. The issue is going to be getting an erection more than anything else. I think this needs rethinking.

FTR...I’m not sure why, but this book sounds like a lot fun. Do let us all know when available!

Also FTR, I feel like anything Skelly has to offer would be a bit sharp and ouchie... maybe Skelly with a particularly stout large mushroom that is found only the forest. Maybe could cause hallucinations which brings in the other non-desirable characters you mentioned
