It is boredom isn't it. I'm the same. Also been in the financial district for nearly twenty years. Now homeschooling and looking after a toddler.

I had one when I got home from collecting dinner - nearly 6pm but hadn't eaten much all day. Paying for it now...

@Dogonahottinroof previous owners made building sheds a sport it seems , I knocked some but still many remain
