You don't seem to understand the concept of false equivalence. It would help lend weight to your arguments if you did.
On the Capitol invasion, you made the point that because a left wing person was identified as being present, the left therefore was as bad as the right on that occasion. That is false equivalence.
On the death penalty, it is clear that Democratic states use it far, far less than Republican states, as evidenced by ZZTop. Yet you state that 'they both do it, therefore they are as bad as each other'. Again, false equivalence.
Doing a bad thing is bad. Doing more of that bad thing is worse. This should be a simple thing to grasp. Trump does more of the bad things, therefore he is a worse person.
