Wearing tops tucked in. See it a lot these days and it's Confused
Deliberate holes in jeans, ditto
Yes to crafting! Fine if it actually produces something lovely/usable (knitting/crochet/sewing/pottery done with skill), but glorified cutting and sticking, no. Craft 'activities' for children massively overrated too.

whatisforteamum · 04/01/2021 08:32

For yrs I got lots of sex toys and nipple tassels
Then progressed to a place that liked passive aggressive presents.Stopped doing it.
Now this yr giving out presents when we go back in months.WHY!!

Franklyfrost · 04/01/2021 08:33

Iminaglasscaseofemotion · 04/01/2021 10:04

People's obsession with ugly or specific "breeds" of dogs. Like pugs, bulbdogs (ugly), anything mixed with a poodle (cute as a puppy, usually turn into quite an ugly adult dog. Small fluffy dogs are usually yapping aggressive little shits, but that could be because people tend to baby th for some reason.

the80sweregreat · 04/01/2021 10:08

Why do people tend to 'baby 'dogs?
My late mil treated her dogs better than she did her husband and children.
It does seem odd.

millievanille · 04/01/2021 12:37

Watching films. Any films. I can never seem to get into them and find them boring.

millievanille · 04/01/2021 12:50

Summer. Uncomfortable and dull.

HeronLanyon · 04/01/2021 12:57

millievanille fully agree. Unless on boat or beach or in shade in amazing city somewhere abroad etc summer is second least fave after spring unless I’m somewhere rural.

@Robbybobtail

The current KFC ad showing someone pouring gravy over a hamburger - it makes me want to throw up every time

OMG, I have to turn that advert over or avert my eyes - who on earth at the advertising agency thought that looked appetising? Bleugh.

I honestly thought it was a sick joke, sick in every sense of the word, when I first saw it.
SendHelp30 · 04/01/2021 13:02

Crushed velvet furniture 🤮🤮 I would rather sleep/sit on a bare floor

hansgrueber · 04/01/2021 13:03

Not really. My hatred of hot weather and summer and sandy beaches had been like it since I was a small child ! People think I'm strange / boring rather than superior to them. They tend to dislike winter time / colder weather.
TinkersRucksack · 04/01/2021 13:22

Massive eyebrows, stupid bovine-esqe fake lashes, lip fillers, hair extensions then the seemingly connected compulsion with posting it all on Instagram.

I just look at them and go 'Christ, is there any bit of you that's not messed about with???'

NoProblem123 · 04/01/2021 13:41

Selfies are cringe.

the80sweregreat · 04/01/2021 13:43

I think Botox done well can look great but if it's done too much or the ' cheaper' options it can look a bit fake.
It's sad that young girls want so many of these treatments when they are fine as they are.
I do like a pedicure though ( or I did!)
