Hard flooring anywhere but bathrooms and kitchens. It's cold, and you will get old and break your hip on those glossy wooden atrocities. Get some nice carpet down, you silly goose.

Proper pizza. I make a lovely home made pizza at home, with lots of toppings and nice strong cheddar on top. Much nicer than sparse shavings of whatever you wanted covered in cheesy chewing gum.

Big cup cakes. So much work has gone into making them pretty, I'm fooled into thinking one day I'll come across one that tastes of something other than sugar, but that day eludes me still.

Wow I agree with so many people and always hid my dislike of these popular things because I didn't want to seem contrary!

Manicures. I've done it once to be a bridesmaid and the cuticle stripping was a form of torture.
I love manicures, although I can rarely justify the expense. I feel exactly like that about eyebrow plucking though - had it done once for my wedding 20-odd years ago, never again!
