I would say

Pineapple on pizza is decent

Rigid routines are for the benefit of the parent, not the child. It doesn't take two adults to feed, bath or put a baby to bed/toddler to bed. If your partner is working full time & you are on maternity or are a SAHM (& there's no issues with your health or the child's), then you should be the one getting up most of the time.

missmouse101 · 02/01/2021 22:18

@grassisjeweled, how smug and fucking simplistic. Do you think it's a choice that people make, to be overweight? Really awful comment.

Spelling, punctuation and grammar do matter. Having errors pointed out is helpful.

HowManyToes · 02/01/2021 22:19

@GuyFawkesDay

Teachers work bloody hard.
THANK YOU!
NoMoreFlowers · 02/01/2021 22:20

Well, I’m not going to be popular

I think the Boris Johnson is handling the Coronavirus situation much better than Labour would have done. I voted to leave the EU and I’m not sorry that I did this. I think that people with unusually noisy children need to have some more respect for their neighbours. That’s it, I told you it wouldn’t be popular

Delatron · 02/01/2021 22:20

Sleep training works.
Kids and adults get more sleep. Versus not sleeping for years. What do we think is worse...

Have loo brushes. Don’t understand the sticking my hand in the toilet thing.

NoMoreFlowers · 02/01/2021 22:21

I also think that Ryanair’s new advertising campaign, jab and go, is highly responsible

CrotchBurn · 02/01/2021 22:21

Your children shouldn't have a deciding vote in where you live, who your friends are, what house you buy.

"Mental health" isnt a get out if jail free card to consistently put your own feelings over everyone else's.

You dont have anxiety: you feel slightly on edge in social situations like 98% of us.

Its totally fine for animals to lick your face. It doesn't bother Noel Fitzpatrick.

Being a parent isn't equivalent to a full time job.

pinkprosseco · 02/01/2021 22:21

Teachers need to do their bit in the current pandemic and stop moaning

toconclude · 02/01/2021 22:22

@MillieEpple

Surrey is a wonderful county
Except Woking
noirchatsdeux · 02/01/2021 22:22

Dogs are dirty noisy ignorant stupid animals - cats are far more affectionate.

Private schools are better than state (I went to both).
.
No one needs IVF - the world does not need more children.

WhatTiggersDoBest · 02/01/2021 22:22

I use a toilet brush. Grin
It's ok to put the TV on when the baby is in the same county as me, it's not going to make any difference to whether he grows up to be a doctor or a car salesman.
Baby boys are just as lovely as baby girls.
I think that only parents with actual kids to wrangle into or out of a car seat while dealing with a trolley should use the parent + child spaces (ooooh that one's gonna get me flamed).
I've left my washing out overnight and I didn't burn it all in the morning in case of spider willies.

Agreed with the routine. We shared any/ pat leave 50/50 and both did the same amount of work in the night. It's a full time job caring for your baby/child + keeping the household in order, so why should one get a full nights sleep and the other one gets up every 2h. Don't get that logic one bit.
Spied · 02/01/2021 22:23

Tony's chocolate isn't all that.

thecognoscenti · 02/01/2021 22:23

@bluebluezoo

That low carb is not the answer.
THIS. Low carb can fuck off.
Ritasueandbobtoo9 · 02/01/2021 22:23

That owning large dogs without owning acres of your own land is just wrong. The countryside is not your personal dog toilet.

slashlover · 02/01/2021 22:24

Men and women can be friends without it ending up in shagging. It's not being a "cool wife" to not care if your DH has a female friend.

Sertchgi123 · 02/01/2021 22:25

@hicoolcatsandkittens

Tories are scum
You’re kidding? Right?
missmouse101 · 02/01/2021 22:25

Alcohol is overrated. Coffee is overrated. Christmas is overrated. Children are overrated.

Ltdannygreen · 02/01/2021 22:25

Marriage shouldn’t be about security 🤷🏼‍♀️

clare8allthepies · 02/01/2021 22:25

@SionnachRua

Drag queens are not "woman face" and are enjoyable to watch.

Gaming is a fun hobby and it's possible to play violent games while remaining a well-adjusted member of society.

Are you me! 😂 Can’t wait for my partner to go back to work so I can watch the new episode of Drag Race and play Xbox!

Even though I have a respectable job and a good family life I enjoy taking class A drugs and I like having sex with lots of different people.

sadcatdiary · 02/01/2021 22:27

I love pineapple on pizza.

Many behavioural problems are a result of poor parenting.

Sleep training isn't abusive.

It's okay to be proud of having breastfed.

You can leave an 8 year old alone in the house for more than 20 seconds.

pradamarda · 02/01/2021 22:28

Affairs do not mean the end of a relationship. And you can be in love with more than one person.

Step mums do not always want to be involved with the step kids.
