Someone set fireworks off on the green opposite our cul-de-sac, several families went outside into their own gardens ooh-ing and ahh-ing. Doesn't mean there was a party or any rules were broken.

Well lots of fire works going off here but nothing to suggest that this isn't just people setting them off in their own garden. If you are a bit tipsy and oohing and aahing and celebrating in your own house with the people you live with that is still OK. It isn't necessarily against the law to have a nice evening you know.
