Probably wise. The last time I was wrapping after quite a few drinks (I honestly thought it would make the mundane task a little less boring) I got cellotape stuck in my hair and forgot to write on most of the labels so didn't have a clue what was for who 🤷🏼‍♀️

Did my Christmas food shop today and came home and put 2 beers in the freezer. By the time I put the mountain of food, sweets and alcohol away the beers were perfectly chilled. Cheers! 🍻

I poured a cold beer around 2.30 as I started a big cleaning sorting job. Managed to remain disciplined and it didn’t lead to more. Lovely.

It's been totally dark here for at least half an hour. I've mixed myself a negroni and settled down in front of the TV, then realised it's not even 5pm. It's my special way of marking the winter solstice.

Myself and a few friends do a drinking game with the press conferences, it makes them a lot less boring and normally by the end of them we are a little bit tipsy so couldn't give a shit till the next morning.
