Let me just get all the "don't know you know there is a pandemic" and "I would rather not kill people just to walk round a market"...out of the way - I know this is a touch self centred but...
Every year (this wasn't planned, just evolved into a tradition) we take a photo of the DC at a certain spot in the Christmas market. We have done it for the last seven years, and it's lovely - even the teenage DC don't take much beating persuading into it now
Of course this year it won't be happening. I have read the "recreate the Christmas markets at home" thread - which is fucking hilarious by the way - and am considering this as an option, AIBU?
We do actually have a poffertjes pan so could make the teeny pancakes (and charge the DC £7 for 5 of them) and I may already could hang outside fairy lights. I have Christmas mugs and could make mulled wine (and charge the over 18 DC £10 a mug). There are lots of other good ideas on that thread.
Is it a good idea or is it a wanky eye roll idea to actually do this?
