Thanksgiving messages this morning from the outgoing and incoming presidents of the United States:
I swear, each time I hear Biden or see messages from him, I choke up and want to cry. It's just the return to normalcy, to a
qualified leader who loves the Country and the people. And who understands the meaning of
Service to others and Country before self.

We have (at least) one of those type ministers in the next town. Greedy and uncaring about the less fortunate. Currently calling on his congregation to 'rise up' against 'election fraud'. He lives in a McMansion in the 'naice part of town'. He and his wife both drive fancy SUVs etc. I'm reminded of:
Mark 10:25
"It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."
and this
2 Timothy 4:3-4
"For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths."
