Nay!!!!!

Dollywood · 12/11/2020 19:58

Yay

Pacif1cDogwood · 12/11/2020 19:58

And before any of you point out the obvious: yes, I have too much time on my hands.

I don't really, living life like a swan, serene on the surface whilst pedalling wildly underneath

I used to say no, but it's a fabulous cheat and tastes great, so now I'm yes all the way!

Pacif1cDogwood · 12/11/2020 19:58

Oh, good, let the dissent begin!!

OP posts:
SnowdogFarts · 12/11/2020 19:58

Yay!!!

Pacif1cDogwood · 12/11/2020 19:59

Lemon, I love it, you are even disagreeing with yourself Grin

OP posts:
Frestba · 12/11/2020 19:59

No no no

Pacif1cDogwood · 12/11/2020 19:59

This is a divisive thread, none of that namby-pamby tolerance and compromise, none of that nonsense. Declare your position and stick to it.

OP posts:
bluebearss · 12/11/2020 19:59

I used to say no, but it's a quick and easy fix so I do add them sometimes now!

hesaidshesaidwhat · 12/11/2020 20:01

If it's being served with rice no way.
If it's being served in an enchilada then yes it's ok.

Whatisthisfuckery · 12/11/2020 20:01

It’s ok in an emergency but it wouldn’t be my choice.

Pacif1cDogwood · 12/11/2020 20:02

No fence sitters! Yes, I'm looking at you, hesaid - all this reasonableness and giving options: no, just NO!!

OP posts:
MotherofPearl · 12/11/2020 20:02

In the spirit of the thread:

NO. That is a frankly diabolical culinary suggestion. Envy

Pacif1cDogwood · 12/11/2020 20:03

MotherofPearl is getting it. Brava! although she's wrong of course

OP posts:
Vinosaurus · 12/11/2020 20:03

Yes - but it has to be Heinz 5 Beans mix rather than big standard baked beans.

LindainLockdown · 12/11/2020 20:03

No

SnowdogFarts · 12/11/2020 20:03

Kidney beans, baked beans and sometimes all other kinds of beans. More beans, more farts = happy days Grin

stillsomewhatsheldonesque · 12/11/2020 20:04

No baby no. Halloween Envy

FiveGoMadInDorset · 12/11/2020 20:04

Why would you do that, just why?

Winecheesesleep · 12/11/2020 20:04

NO! And I love chilli and baked beans separately.

Springcatkin · 12/11/2020 20:04

Kidney beans only please

doctorhamster · 12/11/2020 20:05

Hell no you freak

Pacif1cDogwood · 12/11/2020 20:05

No prizes for guessing what we had for dinner tonight.

Baked beans went in because a. they are gorgeous and go with most things and b. I had no kidney beans (unexpectedly - teenagers eat things and then don't tell you to replace them...).

Lively discussion ensued about whether such cuinlary cruelty warranted a call to ChildLine (1.5sons) or should be celebrated and encouraged (2.5 sons - see, I have one fence sitter too).

Absolutely not.
