@Bluntness100 I just went back through my replies and see I wrote eastenders isn't completely fictional? I meant to say is completely fictional. Hence the difference between reality versus soaps, you can't compare the two as one is completely fictional (soaps) and the other is based on real life and real people (reality).

Why not try watching something you enjoy instead? And as someone in recovery I'd expect you to understand that people vary in the way they deal with it.
