Always thought I wasnt a believer of star signs but my friend swears by them and read me mine,going through key characteristics and each and every one of them are accurate.i suppose it could be argued that we all have a little of every personality type in each of us but specifically we are characterised by a set of certain traits. I'm a Virgo in case your wondering. Personality traits which I've found are specific to the Virgo star sign which include but arent limited to are
I'm over critical of my self at all times
I'm a perfectionist who pays attention to detail
I care immensely about loved ones and would go out of my way to help them ,even if it were to my detriment
I punish myself relentlessly for the littlest of things which I perceive as personal character flaws
I would never ask for help
I'm extremely hard working
Extremely analytical
A Do'er I dont procrastinate
Focused
Positive but prone to bouts of severe worry

These are just some. Interested to know if you too are a cliche of your star sign?

I'm a Libran and it takes me SO long to make a decision. Even over simple things like what colour top to buy - I have been know to buy things in two different colour ways, as I just couldn't make my mind up. I sit on the fence a lot as can usually see both sides of an argument too, which is frustrating all round.

Those are pretty generic things. I think most people would identify with them to some extent.

I'm a cancerian, with really strong traits of the sign. Fair play to those who believe or don't!

Star signs are so generic. I'm saggi but I'd say yes to all your descriptions. Splitting the entire world into 12 personality types is really simplifying humans

I’m a Taurus, and a lot of it strikes a chord. But it’s also interesting to do your birth chart and discover your Moon and Rising sign (ascendant) too. Your Moon describes how you deal with emotions, and your Rising sign describes your outward appearance and how other people see you. It’s fascinating.

But you could probably find lots of Virgos who are not in any way ‘typical’ of this invented personality type.

My late stepmum could do proper horoscope readings and she gave the best live life advice based on it. Her first question when I was dating as a youngster was always “what day were they born?” And she’d give me a huge list of pros and cons and why we would and wouldn’t work. I often ignored her but she was never ever wrong.

I’m a very typical Gemini by the way. I’d never ever be able to fit in to any other sign.

Yeah I could apply all of that to me as well and my birthday is May. And DD would say it applies to her, and her birthday is January.

Sun signs are too simplistic. Real astrologers look at the whole chart, houses, aspects. The sun sign is one piece of an enormous jigsaw.

I am a Virgo too, as are 2 of my best friends, we def identify with them. And the 3 Libras l know are terrible at decision making. Had a friend who could guess people's star signs and usually was spot on. I don't take it too seriously but like to think there is something in it.

As a pisces I am definitely dreamy, hard to pin down, and a social chameleon. It's actually quite hard work being a pisces. I even confuse myself sometimes.
