I’m not ‘riled up’ or ‘jealous’ (as if!) at all. Like it or not the US election is the biggest news story and anything connected to it will also be a story. She’s the FLOTUS married to probably the most controversial POTUS who’s just lost his job. People will be interested in her as she is a bit of an enigma.

I am not convinced of the enigma quality. To me she is a fairly easy read - she really enjoys a luxurious life, status, she loves expensive clothes, hair styles, handbags, drivers, etc, and more than likely really enjoys the "status" of being the younger wife. All of which is allowed - choice right? I think people misread the batting away of his hands things. It always happens when he is about to wreak the photo. He goes for her hand when walking down the steps of the plane (with wind about to blow up her skirt) or when she is walking off stage (in extremely high heals) and he will ruin that power walk photo, and so on.

Funny! Even the title of the anti bullying campaign is delightfully telling.

Be best? Why?—isn’t “being best” (Ie the top dog) what bullies try to be by any means? If you are being bullied, you probably feel distress and shame, and are probably being pushed to bottom of the pecking order by the bully. The first step surely for an anti bullying campaign = to make children feel supported to speak up and get help and to know there is trust and safety to do so... advice to “Be best” is irrelevant for a child on the brink, I’d have thought.

I'm not a massive fan of Joe Biden but some of the videos of him meeting with children in particular are really very touching. Disgusting that some make ridiculous, vile allegations but that seems to be where we are politically.
