Like I KNOW it's awful, I know it's a costume for Mrs Christmas... But I still kind of love it. I think the kids would be delighted if I wore this Christmas day, too. Is it just too horrendous to consider?

Looks more like "Take me to bed on Christmas Eve" than "Let's sit down for a family Christmas Dinner" IMO
And I'm all for retro 🤷‍♀️

Looks cosy, although the very open chest would drive me nuts cos that'd be the only bit of me feeling cold!

I have a Christmas Day dress, although it’s not “quite” as fabulous as this one! Mine is blue velvet with red sequin stars. It’s not unlike done thing you’d see a three year old wearing. It’s now a funny Christmas “thing”. Do it. Not sure what your dress size is but that dress would look amazing on someone with a curvy figure!

It arrived this morning and it's as beautiful as I hoped. The material doesn't feel cheap and I feel amazing in it (probably because it reminds me of my wedding dress). If you haven't ordered it, do!

I like it. I just don’t have the kind of crimbo I’d be comfy in that. I can’t imagine lugging the Turkey and roasties out the oven in it. 😂

Would be great if you was going somewhere nice where someone else was doing the cooking and general hard work bit impractical otherwise.
Would also be great for a Christmas works party or if you have been invited for pre Christmas drinks anywhere.
I do like the style of the dress but it wouldn’t be something I would wear for Christmas ast home with the kids.
