Well he has said loud and clear even if there was any irregularity it would be unlikely to make a difference to Trump's vote count.

It's also very very pointed in its reference to voters registering for a runoff who didn't vote in the general election, and that the Republican Senators need to focus on holding the senate, as these are the 2 senators who will be fighting the runoff in January ...
