I've just caught a bit of that. Joe Biden sounds so decent and learned.

PP mentioned earlier but I've also been wondering about projection.

It just makes so much sense that of course trump would try and cheat the election. He was so confident of a win despite the polls, he knew he had it in the bag.

He now suspects the Dens cheated more than him and he's furious he didn't cheat enough, so he's accusing them of cheating as in his eyes he was allowed to cheat and they weren't.

A friend mentioned some analysis on twitter about newly registered voters in texas and florida being suspiciously Hugh numbers, anyone else heard about this?

No need to start baseless rumours I guess, but it's just so clear to me that he would try and cheat and all his shouting is furious projection.

I'm not for one second saying the Democrats did cheat too, I believe Biden wouldn't have accepted that.

I think he's keeping this in his back pocket as a 'get out of jail free' card. I wouldn't expect to see this until all his lawsuits have been dealt with and/or the election results have been approved by the Senate. So no sooner than early January.

Resigning would fit his ego in a way I guess; "You didn't fire me, I quit!!".

No Biden. A lot of people here in America likes to claim they have Native American ancestor. (Even I do but I only have 1-2% on all the DNA test I have tried - I am mostly British than anything else. I can't say i have British roots if Biden can't say he have Irish roots.

Nobody is being faulted for their actual roots: Biden clearly has fairly close contact with family in Ireland. Trump otoh has no Swedish family connections anyone has ever been able to discover.

I thought it was Elizabeth Warren whose family had told her she had Native American blood (hence Trump's sneering of "Pocahontas" about her) and had it confirmed by a DNA test, though not recent enough to qualify her for tribal identity; never heard it as claimed by Biden. Do tell?

Interesting flash of insight from the Facebook feed of my dad's fundamentalist Christian cousin who violently swung away from Trump a few weeks ago. He posted quite a heartfelt comment that he couldn't vote for Trump, and listed what to us are what look like obvious character defects to a Christian fundie. His responses (from his friends & other family) were that anything he said about Trump, Biden was WORSE. No evidence, no examples - just absolute faith that Biden has sold out America to socialism and that's worse than anything Trump could ever do. And if you don't fall into line, you must be an evil liberal.

I've been reading a lot lately about the Woke and the Narcissism of Small Differences. There's plenty of people out there pouring over the internal arguments in the left (Dems & Labour alike). But wow, is it ever alive over in Trumpland!

I am increasingly of the view that whoever can collect the disaffected middle fastest will own the future.

Trump was breaking the law by ripping up paperwork, so the folks at records were emptying waste bins and taping papers back together. Then the Trump administration fired them.

So who knows what records exist now? After a long career as a dodgy businessman, I imagine Trump knows the value of not leaving an evidence trail.

Interestingly I've been listening to LBC UK radio, and they've been discussing Jo Jorgensen whom I must be honest I'd no idea who she was. They're saying she's tipped the balance in a few places, getting quite a lot of votes taking them from Trump. She appealed to a wide democratic especially the youth. Interesting thought.
