1-Canvassing and certification of election results, county then state levels (various dates). This is when recounts are normally done.

(between steps 1 & 2 is when any court battles should be hopefully dealt with)

2-Electoral College Votes 14 Dec 2020

3- EC certifies the election to the US Senate 23 Dec 2020

4- Senate counts and certifies the EC result 6 Jan 2021

5- Inauguration of new POTUS and VPOTUS 20 Jan 2021

Me and OH were talking (as we do...) and he said T is obviously so upset about the 'voter fraud' because he did it himself - and still lost!

Lets be honest, if there was a concerted fraud by the Democratic party to steal the election, don't you think they would have tilted the senate votes a bit more their way too?

Actually ive found one positive thing about Trump, he didnt do that awful phoney claim to irish roots thing they all do since Kennedy and Biden is now revelling in.

Who is the 'best British pollster who said the Election was stolen?

I must have missed this in the British Press.

Now I read a lot of polls and I wouldn't know who was classed as the 'best'. I think You Gov got closed to the last election result. But YouGov, Ipsos MORI, Survation and ComRes all predicted a Biden win.

I thought for a second he was referring to his pal Lord Ashcroft who is a pollster, but he didn't say this, and isn't exactly neutral. And even he's said:

This is the brilliant logic of conspiracy theorists: if someone asks to see evidence of the conspiracy then the fact you don't have it shows how deep the conspiracy goes, it's powerful enough to have made all the evidence disappear.

To be fair to Biden, I think more than half his ancestry is Irish: his mother was a Finnegan with roots in Louth and Londonderry, and his paternal grandparents had Irish, French and English descent.

At least he isn't likely to make phoney claims about Swedish ancestors, like Trump's lie about his grandfather.

Talking of conspiracy theorists Trumpy is rage tweeting again about Britain's best pollster telling him that the election was stolen.

For those of you asking if Trump has shown his face: apparently he’s gone golfing. Again!
But according to Scott Dworkin:

I find it annoying too when Americans whose great x 15 ancestor was Irish/Swedish/Italian/whatever start calling themselves Irish/Swedish/Italian/whatever and claiming to display traits from that country or have a special understanding of it, often based on never visiting the actual country concerned let alone knowing anything about its language or culture. But in this instance, if Biden’s ‘Irishness’ leads to it becoming politically impossible for our rogue Government to rip up the Good Friday Agreement, I’m all for it.
