A victim of abuse feels worthless and shamed. I don’t understand how a victim goes to papers over polices day various other things about the case disturb me.

I left a abuse but also know males who have - I didn’t hear all the evidence as I wasn’t in court. But I genuinely feel that this is sociopathy over abuse.

I know that I will be shot down for this but ... I also know victims of sociopaths have no voice.

Based on that court hearing, I’d say that they both sound like pretty dysfunctional people. It sounds like an all round toxic relationship and neither of them came out of the hearing well.

The case wasn’t about who was a victim really anyway - it was a libel case, and the judge found that there was sufficient evidence that the Sun’s claims were not libelous.

Considering if victims go to the police they are treated like absolute shit and have their lives destroyed, I am so fucking sick of people trotting out the "if they were a real victim, why didn't they go to the police?" line as part of their victim-blaming routine.
