What's your claim to fame? *lighthearted*

Inspired by an article I've just read online whilst waiting for my train, AIBU to ask...what is your claim to fame? The weaker the claim the funnier, such as "I dated Margaret Thatcher's cousins drama tutor" e.g. But any will do.

I'll go first. I served Gary Cahill (footballer) once as a waitress; he came into the budget restaurant I worked at...and didn't even foot the bill!

A bit of a silly post I know, but the article I read had me giggling. If this post makes at least one person giggle that would be great Grin - I think we're all in need of a laugh right now!

Oh and I served Cheryl Cole in Harrods when she was married to Ashley and he came back after they'd left and tried to chat me up Angry

I turned down lee Hughes in a nightclub in Leeds one night. I didn't have a clue who he was. Footballer for Leeds and doing really well at the time.
He later got arrested for beating his wife I believe.

Also met Chris moyles. His mate rescued me in a nightclub when I mate had copped off with someone and some bloke wouldn't leave me alone. Chris was lovely.

I know someone whose late husband was the original model for the drawings of one of the boys in the Famous Five books.

I once met someone who had been enjoying a quiet row with a friend down the river when a high speed motor boat chase suddenly came round the corner and they were accidentally included in a James Bond film...

My friend (the one who flashed KM) cat was on a TV advert last year.

My friend used to dance with (or more accurately against) Ian Waite and a lot of the old strictly dancers.

Ian Waite's step-Grandma was my ballet teacher. She said i showed promise but would need to go on a diet (I was 4). I saw him in Miller and Carter a few years ago. I was too shy to say hello and none of my colleagues knew who he was Grin

My uncle's car was on TV.

Another friend went to school with Natalie Dormer. Apparently she was a stuck up bitch.
