I know IBU asking here but I have to start doing something before I go pop! What are you doing at home to workout? Any fitness DVD recommendations?
I can’t do anything in daylight hours and after a few incidents near where we live I don’t fancy going out for a run after work.

If you like pilates, zero gravity pilates are amazing! They do a £4.99 subscription which gives unlimited access to recorded sessions and they will be running Instagram live classes. I couldn’t have got through the last lockdown without piling on a tonne without them!

I bought a spin bike in August (not a Peloton - I'm not a Rockefeller Grin) and I use Les Mills On Demand. I stream it from my phone to the TV so I can do it like a spin class at the gym.

Lucy's seven minute workouts on YouTube, generally seven one minute exercises and toning for different parts of the body; tums, bums, arms, etc.

I just tried the Gandalf dance guy - so much fun! I'm sure I looked utterly ridiculous but I moved a lot and have a big grin on my face so that's a result!

Also tried Barre with Chiara (Fly London) for the first time...oh my god my bum is on fire, great low impact workout - she is fab, teaching from her living room but somehow actually manages to make you feel like she can see you and also v funny.

Another vote for bodyfit by Amy. She does special pre and post natal ones too which I find handy but mostly I just love that you can choose the length and very little equipment required
