Bovril and Marmite ... is the same thing isn't it ?

Just made myself the most delicious fresh toast with lashings of butter and Bovril..... yum 😁
Said to husband in passing: "I don't like Marmite as much but Bovril I could empty a tub in days!"
DH: "Surely it's the same thing isn't it ?".
The look on my face said it all 😆

YABI = it's the same thing!
YANBU = it's 2 totally different things and anyone saying it is not needs a smack with a wet fish !

Hovis medium white sliced toast (pale), Lurpak and marmite is simply the best thing ever. Has to be exactly these things, in the right ratio.
