..in your head?

I dont have to get up until 7am tomorrow. I need 7-8 hours sleep, so I suppose I could o to bed at 11pm and feel refreshed.

But in my head, 10pm is bedtime, and staying up after seems wrong. I've felt this ay since I was a teenager, and thugh I stayed out at all hours, Past 10 was always Past Bedtime.

DH doesn't have a mental bedtime, so is always knackered after staying up until after midnight on weekdays.

10pm for me is when evening turns into night so I guess that would be my mental bedtime but unfortunately not my actual bedtime most nights!

11pm for me. In bed by 11 - read/mumsnet. Lights out by 12.

00.18 and still up, thinking about making a cup of tea before I go up for a shower. It’s very hard to switch off.
