The clothes. The hair. The music. I loved the 90s and want to be transported back this evening via the medium of film!

Please recommend me a film that ticks all my nostalgia boxes.

Probably not my favourite film of the era but Marisa Tomei in Only You (1993) is worth a mention if you like a rom/com.

The film I never tire of watching is The Talented Mr Ripley (2000), The setting of late 50s Italy plus a superb cast of Matt Damon, Jude Law, Cate Blanchett and Gwyneth Paltrow and a cracking thriller to boot.

If you can handle Jim Carey's rubbery face there are loads of 90's films with him in. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind? The Mask?

I've always liked Strictly Ballroom and Muriel's Wedding for Aussie films. For Brit films Brassed Off or Waking Ned. The Commitments is good if you like music too.

Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure is very early 90's (but is possibly late 80's)

Three Men and a Little Lady ?
Slightly earlier, but feel good and funny - Clockwise, and Adventures in Babysitting.
