The clothes. The hair. The music. I loved the 90s and want to be transported back this evening via the medium of film!

Please recommend me a film that ticks all my nostalgia boxes.

Sleepless in Seattle. It just has to be. 90s New York, Empire State Building, 90s clothes, Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan.

Or While you were sleeping for the same vibes!

Depending on what 90s music you were into....Empire Records and Singles both have that grungy vibe.

LondonerRandomName · 17/10/2020 17:10

MN is amazing. Nowhere else would Silence of the Lambs be described as a feel good movie!

Iamuhtredsonofuhtred · 17/10/2020 17:18

The lost boys is straight up 80’s.

Anything by Kevin Smith like Clerks, Mall rats etc.

Not strictly feel good but the Craft is just so 90’s! Plus seasonal

Iamuhtredsonofuhtred · 17/10/2020 17:18

Or Paulie Shore movies like Biodome.

SummerHouse · 17/10/2020 17:19

My So Called Life was the best show ever. I can’t believe there was only one series!
livelyredjellybean · 17/10/2020 17:23

Bring It On!

katew355 · 17/10/2020 17:26

For me it's Hope Floats and Never Been Kissed. Love those films 💕

squee123 · 17/10/2020 17:27

My Best Friend's Wedding, if only for the great scene with the singalong.

Sarahandduck18 · 17/10/2020 17:27

My first thought was like the first reply- Romy and Michelle.

My cousin Vinny is good early 90s, Marisa Tomei is amazing in it.

As is Rosie Perez in white men can’t jump.

My girl is set in the 70s but I find it quite 90s too.

Home alone 1&2.

The firm is sleek early 90s but not exactly feel good.

The fugitive?

Ace Ventura

Bowfinger

Wayne’s World

Speed

Never been kissed

Nostalgia1990 · 17/10/2020 17:29

How do I choose??? So many good ones! Keep them coming!

Parenthood - fabulous film

HalfBrick · 17/10/2020 17:29

Muriel's Wedding, bit sad but good. The clothes are shockingly bad, really exaggerated. Plus, Abba.

Iamuhtredsonofuhtred · 17/10/2020 17:33

My cousin Vinnie is the best. Marisa Tomei was so incredibly beautiful

Ironmanrocks · 17/10/2020 17:39

Shooting Fish. Also best soundtrack!! (apart from pulp fiction Grin )
