Aibu to tell you about my quick awesome lunch...

2 slices of wholemeal bread..toasted. Good spread of lurpak on each. A fried egg on each, good bit of tomato ketchup and then topped with Batchelors baked beans. So good. What did you all have for lunch?

Tinned salmon sandwiches with lots of vinegar. Its a guilty pleasure Although I had to share with three cats.

Big salad with rocket, home grown tomatoes, avocado, pine nuts, jalapenos and left over roast chicken. Oil and balsamic dressing

I had left over chicken and stuffing in a cob with loads of mayo.

To a PP - Lurpak is butter, just not as salty as the everyday stuff. To another PP - the link between dietary cholesterol and blood cholesterol was debunked some years back - eat as many eggs as you like!

Mine (which was actually brunch) was 3 rashers of bacon in 2 slices of wholemeal bread, no butter. I agree that eggs and beans should never touch, nor ketchup and eggs!

DS and I had some left over chilli and rice. DD got herself a ham sandwich instead.

I had 2 toasted crumpets with m & s butter, smoked salmon on top then chilli jam & cracked black pepper

A piece of cheese...I had a handful of almonds later this afternoon....bad day

A scotch egg with tomato cucumber beetroot and radishes, plus a slice of wholemeal bread with a scrape of Lurpak spreadable.

I had the remains of the special fried rice from last night. Just finished making pasta bake for me and ds for dinner, it's just the 2 of us tonight.

Massive salad with chicken pieces, pistachios, sunflower seeds and olives mixed in. Apple for pudding.

Eggs and beans should never touch, nor should eggs and ketchup, not beans and ketchup!! So overall I would say that sounds torturous

I hate that so much! Ketchup on Eggs is horrid and the beans need to be away from the eggs. Make like Alan Partridge and use a sausage as a "breakwater"

I had tuna, mayo, sweetcorn on Seed Sensations bread with ALL the black pepper and a packet of Cheese and Onion Walkers. And a Toffee Crisp. With a pint of ice-cold Ribena. I am on a "build up diet", hooray for me! (First time I've ever needed to put weight on in my entire life, but I'm living the dream right now!)

Mackerel pate on WM toast with gherkins. But now I want eggs and beans as it's my absolute favourite.

Ooooh a bit late, smoked salmon, spinach and chilli omelette for lunch and dinner beef casserole with roasted courgettes, tomatoes and sweet potatoes. Then some broccoli on the side. Was delish but I'm having a chocolate craving now!!!

I LOVE beans and ketchup together.

It turns them into hardcore beans.

Hell's Angels would eat their beans with ketchup

Sounds delicious to me OP, my kind of food.

This is making me hungry for dinner! Lunch was a wrap, layered with cheese and ham, a little ketchup and some garlic granules, folded in half and then toasted in a pan on each side until hot/cheese melted. Delicious.
