To think new laws are needed ASAP to protect Mrs Hinch and other influencers

Mrs Hinch has the number 1 best selling book at the moment where she goes into the heartbreaking trolling she received on tattle. They've been critical at everything from her weight, to her parenting and how her husband looks. It's virtually broken her at times and she felt like quiting the internet all together.

Why isn't this illegal today? Why do people think it's acceptable to give harrasment and hate speech because someone makes their money on social media. In no other workplace would this be accepted. Have people forgotten that Caroline Flack took her own life and nothing has changed :(
@roking The autism speculation on tattle was closed down pretty quickly as being unacceptable and the person who posted it apologised for it

Why don’t you get your facts straight?

The dog is grossly overweight and fed unhealthy non dog foods by her baby, very openly on Instagram every single day.
The dog is also regularly called a fat bastard! It's a dog! And is referred to as "Lardsnomes"

I believe those are both facts? Do you want the screen shots?

BadLad · 01/10/2020 23:27

If her book about the trolling is a number-one best seller, she's presumably making a shit load of cash from this heartbreaking trolling, as her moronic readers lap up her every word. Are you are she wants it made illegal?

Raintonrebel · 01/10/2020 23:28

I used to be a Hincher but something didn't sit right after a while. I accidentally found tattle and realised a lot of what they're saying is spot on.
But there absolutely is no trolling on there. It stays on tattle and any hint of harassment or anything and you are taken off.
As well as the discussions about Hinch and other influencers, I find them all extremely friendly and supportive.
ATV 👍🏼

@PivotPivott it's my job. I don't get a choice in what I'm told to gather information and evidence in. I would much rather not have to read the shit on there. Unfortunately at the moment, I don't have a choice

roking · 01/10/2020 23:29

@PivotPivott I'm not a journalist, so no. I don't write for the sun.

Menora · 01/10/2020 23:30

@roking

Yes, it really was. If you go back a couple of the threads nearly all the posters (apart from 2 who were speculating) said no, he is an innocent child and you can’t speculate on that, there is no evidence to suggest chemicals cause autism and the poster who brought it up apologised. I saw this with my own bloody eyeballs only a couple of days ago. Whenever it comes up people do actually say it’s not ok. Same for a hell of a lot of people on tattle actually saying she is very attractive with a great figure and looked great on her magazine cover.

You work for the sun then. They lie through their teeth. Her child being called autistic did get shut down quickly. I saw the thread. It doesn't get mentioned daily. Stop lying.

Menora · 01/10/2020 23:31

@roking

That dog is very clearly severely overweight and is fed the wrong foods. She doesn’t even hide it. A lot of people feel really uncomfortable watching her cause the dog potential health problems

DioneTheDiabolist · 01/10/2020 23:32

YABU OP. An "Influencer" is someone who gets paid for advertising stuff, often covertly. I fail to see why they need more rights than anyone else who posts stuff on the internet.🤷‍♀️

We are clearly not looking at the same Tattle. There are more than 2 people that say it. It's been said on every single thread at least once since the poor child was old enough to hold his own head up

1Morewineplease · 01/10/2020 23:32

@vkocy

Mrs Hinch is the number one best selling book on Amazon, who sell most of the books in the country! It's a fact she's number 1 so if people can't even get that I don't think we can have a conversation

I suggest anyone reading and things these gossip sites are fine they need their head looked at, Mrs Hinch shortly after giving birth they were commenting on her weight while wrapping Christmas presents. The chapter on trolling is heartbreaking 😔

Why on Earth is she 'online' wrapping presents? Who the hell watches this stuff? Why on Earth is Mrs Hinch posting her present wrapping? Isn't this just troll fodder?
canigooutyet · 01/10/2020 23:33

How many of these "victimised" influences taken legal action for the death threats, harassment, stalking etc?

That tells me everything tbh. I mean come on, how many people are going to post about death threats towards themselves and their family, plan a book but not have any legal involvement?

Maybe the poster sharing all the screenshots is that influencer or a part of their close team. If it's been going on for years, surely by now that person would have been hit by legal papers never mind the forum.

MrsShelton · 01/10/2020 23:33

tattlers appear to be contacting brands

susie verils threads is where i landed....her racism was horrific. making fun of disabled children!! what. the. hell.!!

It’s ok we are looking at the same tattle but I read all the posts not just the ones I want to see

tinkering · 01/10/2020 23:34

Tattle isn't like that. In fact the comment she made in her newest book about trolls saying she was fat while wrapping presents - definitely didn't come from tattle. The comment that came from tattle was that she was wrapping presents for her son but labeled them 'mummy and Jamie' instead of 'mummy and daddy'.
It's heavily moderated and any comments about her looks, her child, etc, are removed, everything has to stay on Tattle so no egging posters on to troll her on instagram for example. Plus, she has the ability to take herself away from this criticism, to not seek it out, but she calls troll when its suits her and is happy to rake in money while fleecing (often vulnerable) people of their cash, promoting dangerous methods of cleaning, and tweaking 'brand Hinch' to perfection to the point where 'Hinchers' are over buying cleaning chemicals to be like her, or getting themselves in debt for the latest hoover! Is that her fault? Perhaps not, but I wish she didn't promote buying stuff so much.

your attitude is all the proof I'll ever need of the mentality of people who post on tattle. It's really quite amusing 😂

pollypork · 01/10/2020 23:40

I would hate to have so little in my life that I felt the need to spend the day doing that to someone I don't know. It's really very sad

It is sad but is it as sad as buying a sponge that an influencer has (pretended) to love & then tagging them saying how much you love your new sponge?

This is still up there? Along with these - I found this just by quickly having a look so god knows what else is up. This site is horrible. I just don't understand why you all don't just stop following her. It seems to put everyone in a foul mood. Just unfollow and get on with your life's. Sure she's not my cup of tea but she's not doing me any harm.

If the poor sad multimillionaire “influencer” doesn’t like being criticised on the internet then she is welcome to give back all the freebies she gets sent, stop being paid for all the #ads, delete her social media accounts and get a real job. She’d be forgotten in a week. Problem solved.

So you want to bully her into hiding? She has a proper job - being an influencer is a job now! That is why they earn money and have money. The freebies are sent as part of that job. I think it's older people that cannot get there head round it and think why are they being sent freebies and being paid for ads when there are people starving. But that's just the same as saying to anyone with a "normal" job why are you being paid when there's people starving. Companies advertising budgets are just being spent in a different way.
pollypork · 01/10/2020 23:50

@Spiderbaby8 I do think they are very invested but I guess it's because they were fans before & feel cheated? I don't particularly care about any individual influencers & wouldn't be influenced by them but I have used sites similar to Tattle to show younger girls how influencers photoshop their images etc.

PivotPivott · 01/10/2020 23:53

Marn you also haven't screen shorted the responses the lady got to what she said. So many people said how it was wrong to say that about a child. But of course people only show what they want to.

The thing is there are a lot of 'freebies' she is sent and puts up around her house and never ever mentions these small business that sent her it...

People could argue about her all day because she's sly. Some people see it, some don't.

It's not the same because most people with 'normal' jobs can't scrape two pennies together. They don't sit at home showing a sponge and getting stupid amounts for it so to liken to two is just stupid.
