Cheese
Butter
Meat
Olives
Any kind of Cereal

Love all these now,but only after I git 30 (6 years ago)
I tell my very fussy 18 year old that when she hits her late 20s/30s she'll eat all the things she despises.

Marmite.
LOVE it now!

luckyduckydooda · 23/09/2020 21:37

Avocado...always thought it tasted like soap... Like it now, though.
Coffee-just the smell used to turn my stomach... still does now...
Meat- have gone vegetarian so not an issue anymore...
Soda bread... linked to a very upsetting time in my childhood- makes me sick.

Fatty meat still hate it now and hot tomatoes I still can’t eat them now but I love cold ones.

Iminaglasscaseofemotion · 23/09/2020 21:42

Tomatoes. I still oy like the little cherry ones now. Hate big ones.

Mushrooms. Love them now.

merryhouse · 23/09/2020 21:44

liver and kidney
cooked tomato, onion, carrot, cabbage, cauliflower, purple sprouting
sauteed mushrooms (loved the smell, was always very disappointed)
cheese sauce
rice and pasta

like all those now except liver and kidney

we didn't really have spicy food but I tried various Chinese takeaway dishes at friends' 15th birthday meal and ended up eating ham and chips. Still not massively keen on Chinese but like curries and chilli

On the plus side, I loved brussels sprouts Grin

InFiveMins · 23/09/2020 21:45

Mushrooms. Could not stand them. Now I love them in nearly everything - lasagnes, risottos, bologneses, and whole straight out the packet (washed first).

I hate fish and have done since being a child. Waiting for the day my tastebuds change and I enjoy it as I always think I'd love to enjoy salmon, mussels etc.

Nottobesoldseparately · 23/09/2020 21:50

Hare, rabbit, pheasant and any other game.

Lamb

Broad Beans.

Still don't eat them now.

newtb · 23/09/2020 21:53

Horseradish sauce - love it now.

Very small asked one Christmas what sherry tasted like. Was told 'nasty Ribena'. I insisted on trying it and agreed!

Quite like sherry now, but at nearly 20 €/bottle in France, I'll stick to Port as it's half the price or less.

sassafras123 · 23/09/2020 21:53

Milk. We used to have those small bottles of milk given out at midmorning break, they would make me physically sick so Mum had to get a doctor's note to say I was allergic, they still tried to force me to drink the bloody stuff ! Oh and distgusting rice pud for school dinner Yuk !

nevernotstruggling · 23/09/2020 21:55

Peas. This god awful sausage casserole my dad made with frankfurters

QueenBlueberries · 23/09/2020 21:55

In order of complete yuck vomit to I didn't like it: liver and kidney, mushroom, onion, peppers, cheese, any seafood or fish, tomatoes (but ok with tomato sauce), boiled eggs, mash potatoes. And I'm sure I forgot some. Poor mum. I'm not fussy now I eat anything.

blubberball · 23/09/2020 21:55

I was a very fussy eater. The only meat I would eat was sausages. The only vegetables I would eat were peas and mash. Sometimes I didn't even eat the mash if it was too lumpy and dry, which it usually was.

Love my food now, but I am vegetarian. Still can't stand onions.
