I reckon pregnant - mine was similar at 10DPO. Fingers crossed for you! Xx

Hadjab · 13/09/2020 21:19

I’d say the tests are negative - i think if you take a fresh, unused test, you’ll see faint lines

Pumpertrumper · 13/09/2020 21:23

@WhoAmIWhoAreYou

I’ve not had a proper cycle since I had DS 6 months ago so had no idea when ovulation was coming.
I only took an ovulation test once the risk was already there. I find ovulation tests a pain to interpret. I thought it was positive but I’d definitely had darker lines whilst TTC DS so wasn’t sure.

I can see it plain as day on my phone - hoping that's good news and if so, tentative congratulations

Pumpertrumper · 13/09/2020 21:26

Definitely would be a welcome surprise though.
I suppose we were ‘trying’ as I could have taken the morning after pill If we’d wanted.

We had always planned to TTC again in about 6 months so it’s just a bit earlier than planned

Definitely two lines on each test there!
Congratulations 🥳

Elsa8 · 13/09/2020 21:33

My line was similar at 8dpo!

Pumpertrumper · 14/09/2020 08:29

So I’ve taken one this morning (different box this time) and still super faint line...maybe fainter?

Pic of all 3 together

I’ll wait until Wednesday morning to take another as that should be 11dpo

StarchyStanley · 14/09/2020 08:30

I can see a squinted on those, but yes, I'd wait and test again in a few days Flowers. Good luck op!

Florencex · 14/09/2020 08:33

I am on an iPad and cannot see any second lines. I would stop wasting your money on taking tests this early, leave it for a week and take another.

Soubriquet · 14/09/2020 08:35

I can see a very faint line on the top two of the last photo you posted. But nothing on the last test.

Pumpertrumper · 14/09/2020 08:35

It’s all confusing as pre DS I should have been due my period tomorrow, but I’ve not had a proper cycle since his birth and think I actually ovulated on 5/09 or there abouts- that’s when DH and I had the contraception failure x

OP posts:
Pumpertrumper · 14/09/2020 08:38

@Soubriquet

Yeah the last one if from this morning and I thought negative but DH shone a light on it and there is a super faint line (fainter than the other two) had that been the first one I took I think I’d have figured it was negative, thrown it away and thought nothing of it.

I’m just gonna have to be patient and wait... but I’m desperate to know (aren’t we always Grin)

OP posts:
Pumpertrumper · 14/09/2020 08:48

It’s actually quite funny as DH and I had been weighing up the options of TTC again now vs In 6-12 months time (in terms of work...etc) so if it has happened now it’ll just have been meant to be Grin

OP posts:
AvoidingRealHumans · 14/09/2020 08:55

I do see a slight line, hopefully on Wednesday you get a more definitive answer.
Some of these replies are awful, can you imagine speaking to a friend like that if they said they may be pregnant Hmm

AvoidingRealHumans · 14/09/2020 08:56

That was definitely a rolling eyes I put and not a bottle 🙄

Pumpertrumper · 15/09/2020 15:59

So I’ve taken another boots own test this afternoon.

Opinions ladies?

Or is this FREP positive??

Pumpertrumper · 15/09/2020 16:03

There’s another faint line (a bit more noticeable in person than the pic due to shiny window on test)

I’m tempted to say negative as it doesn’t seem to have darkened. I plugged my info into the clear blue calculator today though and it seems to think the earlier I should be testing is Thursday. Not sure how much of a difference that makes.

OP posts:
Soubriquet · 15/09/2020 16:04

Again, there is a very faint line.

I would tentatively say, that yes you’re pregnant,

ShebaShimmyShake · 15/09/2020 16:06

I know what a head game this is, and I really do understand, but I honestly think you need to wait until your period is due and try then. This is just messing with your head and won't change the outcome. I'm not convinced these mega early tests have ever really been a blessing.

Pumpertrumper · 15/09/2020 16:10

@ShebaShimmyShake

I have no idea when my period would be due, I’ve not had once since DS was born Confused

I know what you mean though and yes total head game. I think I ovulated around the 5th which is why the clear blue calculator says wait till the end of the week! It’s just so hard. I’m starting to feel very ‘periody’ so I’m not holding out hope.

Despite us not trying I’m now feeling quite bereft Sad I know that’s a bit silly

OP posts:
BrumBoo · 15/09/2020 16:10

If after a few days they're still 'squinters' (and I can't even see a faint line on some pictures I'm afraid) then I wouldn't be taking it as a firm positive. Doesn’t necessarily mean a negative of course, but I advise waiting until the weekend to test again, at which point it should surely be a more definitive positive line. Best of luck.

Pumpertrumper · 15/09/2020 16:14

I think I’ll wait until the weekend to test again if I don’t get a period first xx

OP posts:
TheKeatingFive · 15/09/2020 16:15

Continuous early testing is the way madness lies. Wait until your period is overdue.
