Whether you agree with them or not... do you?

Don't feel like a dick but get so flipping hot! And l usually smile at people but now they can't see it so l feel like l look as if l have got a resting bitch face

oreshina · 11/09/2020 19:29

No not at all. Had a massive spot on chin last week and was such a bonus to have the mask 😷

cuparfull · 11/09/2020 19:30

Nope but wish inventive Brits would make some stunning designs. Judy Dench wore a super lion mask but I cannot find one similar.
I absolutely refuse to buy from China.

frustratedstep · 11/09/2020 19:31

I do.

WiseUpJanetWeiss · 11/09/2020 19:31

@TenDays

I make my own, complete with valves, in various glamorous fabrics. They're just another accessory for me!
Are they filtered valves?
megletthesecond · 11/09/2020 19:31

No. People can't see me talking to myself in it which is a bonus.

Time40 · 11/09/2020 19:31

Yes, I do. I feel like an utter twit.

And no one can hear what I say. And the damn thing makes my nose run.

User3627290 · 11/09/2020 19:32

No, I feel like a dick when I don’t wear one (even when I don’t have to - I always wear one when it’s compulsory!)

ChaoticGouda · 11/09/2020 19:32

I prefer wearing the mask. I'm more nervous about other people who are wearing it though, after reading about this: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kuchisake-onna Wink

hollyandkit · 11/09/2020 19:33

I noticed my slightly questionable breath today whilst wearing a mask on the bus. Now worried it's always questionable and I just haven't noticed before! Now off to buy a shitload of chewing gum Confused

redcarbluecar · 11/09/2020 19:33

I did at first, but not now - got used to it pretty quickly in shops etc. Having gone back to work as a teacher, I feel a bit odd wearing them in corridors, especially when spoken to by a student or colleague, but will get used to that too I guess.

catherinep80 · 11/09/2020 19:33

Not when everyone else is wearing one. I really hope we don't have to for too long though.

yesiamgoingtoeatthat · 11/09/2020 19:34

I actually like wearing one and want to invest in something nicer.

Serin · 11/09/2020 19:34

I am covered in a horrible rash caused by wearing the bloody thing at work for 8 hours every day, so ironically I wouldnt want to be seen without one.

tillytoodles1 · 11/09/2020 19:35

No, I feel fine in mine. I might even become a ventriloquist as no-one can see my mouth

CharlottesComplicatedWeb · 11/09/2020 19:35

No. Not at all. My son has ASD and isn’t keen but does wear it when required.

SchrodingersImmigrant · 11/09/2020 19:35

@TenDays weren't they warning against the ones with valves?

BeHappyAndSmile · 11/09/2020 19:35

It hides my 'tash and chins so I actually quite like that it's a thing now Grin. Saves me time waxing!

loulouljh · 11/09/2020 19:36

I avoid places where they are required at all costs..have not been in a shop for weeks. They are hideous and uncomfortable and are clearly not working!

InTheMiddle23 · 11/09/2020 19:36

Yes

RichPetunia · 11/09/2020 19:36

No. The only people I think are dicks are those not wearing them.

loulouljh · 11/09/2020 19:37

And i cannot hear what anyone is saying being partially deaf!

TheTrollFairy · 11/09/2020 19:37

I love it. It helps me ignore more people when I’m out

DottyFlossie · 11/09/2020 19:37

Yes I do.

Theworldisfullofgs · 11/09/2020 19:37

People not wearing them is the not working bit.

And nope I don't feel like a duck.
