Yes because it's boring as fuck with no seasoning

Scarby9 · 07/09/2020 12:51

Pepper.
But most things are improved by pepper.

CatBatCat · 07/09/2020 12:53

Of course, I'm not a rabbit.

GoldenHoops · 07/09/2020 12:56

Does salad cream count as a seasoning?

SchrodingersImmigrant · 07/09/2020 12:57

Yeah. And you need some fats in it.

What salad are you talking about though?
Side green salad, or russian potato salad😁

PlateTectonics · 07/09/2020 12:58

I use salad dressing, which has seasoning in it, so I’m saying YABU.

Koalaismyspiritanimal · 07/09/2020 12:58

Technically it's not a salad unless it's seasoned... something to do with the Latin for salt. Me & DH also now work this the other way by declaring any seasoned vegetable, or indeed fruit, a "salad", no matter the quantity involved Grin

Nottherealslimshady · 07/09/2020 12:59

I mix salt and pepper in with a salad dressing

KizzyWayfarer · 07/09/2020 13:00

No, at least not with salt and pepper. My usual salad dressing is just olive oil, vinegar and whole grain mustard, and it is perfect as it is. Pepper on salad is a bit weird in my opinion.

bilbodog · 07/09/2020 13:01

With a vinaigrette type of dressing which has salt and pepper in it.

unmarkedbythat · 07/09/2020 13:02

Sometimes, depend what's in it.

OpenlyGayExOlympicFencer · 07/09/2020 13:03

Pepper, lime juice, olive oil. I don't care for it plain and nor do I like it smothered in creamy dressings.

seayork2020 · 07/09/2020 13:03

No because I put a tonne of dressing on to balance out the gross healthiness

Bit of Thousand Island and black pepper usually.

Metalhead · 07/09/2020 13:15

Salad needs a proper dressing!

FuzzyPuffling · 07/09/2020 13:16

No way. I hate lettuce that is all slimy with oily dressing. I'll eat it the way nature intended (only washed)

Atalune · 07/09/2020 13:18

Yes with home made salad dressings.

Faves are
Pomegranate molasses with red wine vinegar and chilli flakes and olive oil
Classic French
Ginger and tahini with fresh lime juice

IHaveBrilloHair · 07/09/2020 13:19

I use dressing on it if that counts?

TheHappyHerbivore · 07/09/2020 13:20

Yes. I don’t belong to some weird religious cult which requires self-flagellation, so I do make my food taste nice.

luanmapo · 07/09/2020 13:22

Good squeeze of fresh lemon, salt & pepper... delicious

ChickenwingChickenwing · 07/09/2020 13:23

No, I never season anything. I like the food just as is.

Elephantday82 · 07/09/2020 13:24

I put salad dressing on it but no salt, pepper, herbs or spices which is what I take seasoning to be.

KrabbyPatties · 07/09/2020 13:26

I juice a garlic bulb, juice a lemon and throw in a load of evoo and black
Pepper.

DizzyPigeon · 07/09/2020 13:27

No.
I dress salad. The dressing includes seasoning, but I wouldn't just season it.
