Kerry, listen. Some people put it high up, but most people put it way way down near the lips of their vagina. It isn't near your cervix or uterus or anything. it's a cup, at the bottom of your vagina, with blood in it, catching the blood and stopping it falling out onto your pants. It isn't keeping it inside you, other than to stop it getting on your clothes. Honest.
