So I ordered a thing. An important, pricey thing that I needed ASAP. Should have been next day delivery. Didn't arrive. Didn't arrive next day either. Third day I chase them up and they admit they lost it and let me order a replacement. Two more days. Ok, shit happens. I'm unhappy, but let me have my thing. Guess what... not here. Today on the app it says - delivered last night and handed directly. I call customer service and they say give it until TUESDAY until I can reorder or ask for refund. Well fuck you very much! I'm livid. I keep pestering them, maybe 3-4 phone calls, until a helpful person answers. He finds out that the courier... broke it. He placed a reorder and a £10 gift card.
