He’s 2.5 and like has ASD. He’s got a severe speech delay and he’s not really been interested in talking much.

Over lockdown he’s started finishing the lines in his favourite book.

But today he’s started singing his favourite song and doing the actions!

I feel like crying.

My little magic baba.

my 10 y old(mentally 5) didnt talk till he was 6 and half,he was completely non verbal

i know many teenagers still non verbal

I'm so happy for you both! My boy is 6 now and asd and didn't start speaking till he was about 3. He now talks so much I think my head might explode! He's been in speech therapy since he was 3. Get lots of videos, so you can look back and see how far hes come. So happy for you x
