Just wondering how many actually believe that?

YABU = He is on a camping trip

YANBU = He is not on a camping trip

If one was to search "superinjuntion" on Twitter, one would find some illuminating stories.

PP said PM had been seen at a pub near Chequers. I wondered if Carrie was there

Really?

Notmyrealname855 · 23/08/2020 23:43

Just placemarking and waiting for any interesting news to break :) really not a conspiracy theorist but interesting shadow on that photo and shipping news.

As pp have said, now Johnson has repeatedly proved himself untrustworthy in his personal and public life, and his cabinet is an omnishambles of interchangeable basic idiots, and Cummings seems to be a nefarious twat with no redeeming features (just who is benefiting from his rule?), why trust any of them on even a holiday photo?

Bojo is indeed playing the victim when the tent and fire are unused and they were literally staying in the middle of nowhere. But the DM are playing Bojo’s tune so can’t see we’ll get super news any time soon....

igot20joe · 23/08/2020 23:55

The shadow is completely normal, as well you know.

This thread is bizarre. The tolerant left out in force to pile ridiculous accusations on a baby and its mother. Real classy.

Peregrina · 24/08/2020 00:00

The thread's about the PM, not a baby and his mother.

RubyViolet · 24/08/2020 00:07

Did anyone see the picture of the young woman playing the violin ?? Sorry if this has been posted .

Of course not. The "tent" was far too pristine to have been camped by the sea for a week before the fail were clearly tipped off. Funny how the just found them after the roar of pwople asking where he was due to the exam crisis
Two days after the press "found them" he needs to leave fue to the danger. Aye rights. It has cummings arogance all over it.

PM buggers off to expensive hotel after shouting off about staycations. Cummings decides: you know what we need to do during this latest hoo har of the plebians exams, we need him to be seen as one of the people and to lead them in taking staycations to get the economy back up and running. There is a wonderful place in applyby, if one can call it wonderful. Its cheap really but quite comforatble. My cousin ten times removed stayed there once in 2004. We'll get you boris to stay there two days, stay at your hotel before obvs, well tip.off the papers annonomously. Day after you can leave because of the danger to your family. Two days in the arse send of scotland in a 1,500 per week house will defo tell the people you are one of them. I know the midges old chap but really you don't want me going public about you know what...

If people genuinly think he has been staying there this past week they are beyond deluded and thick. The proofs there. The fail, their biggest supporter, just happened to find him. The tent is pristine despite being next to the sea in the highlands for a week. Grass around it isnt flattered after a week of staying there, all standing up which indicates its just been put up. Camping in the highlands during midey season with a small baby? Really? And ok people says he hasnt stayed there rather in the house. Why have the tent there at all.

They dont even try to hide it anymore. Any why would they? People seem to swallow his bullshit so easily

Tolerant left 🤣

I voted for this lying twat and his cronies.

That's why I'm angry at being let down.

Pobblebonk · 24/08/2020 07:13

We did not handle the crisis that well - but then no other population dense country did.

No other population-dense country in Europe did as badly. Look at the death rates.

I doubt (especially given the level of grammar of their posts) that many of the PP could have done much better.

But then none of the people posting on here stood for election as PM, nor are they pulling down a PM's salary. It would be quite bizarre if no-one was ever allowed to criticise anything unless they could do a better job themselves: if, say, a plumber came in, flooded my bathroom and left with water spurting everywhere, I would feel perfectly justified in saying he was crap despite having no clue how to plumb anything myself.

Pobblebonk · 24/08/2020 07:16

@ilovesooty

Apparently he's concerned for his and his family's safety and they're flying back to London.
I don't get this. We always knew where Cameron went on holiday, particularly with those carefully staged photo opportunities, and no-one thought that was a security risk. Why is it so risky for Johnson's holiday whereabouts to be known? I suspect it's easier to protect him in that remote location than it was to protect Cameron in a busy Cornish holiday village.
FinnyStory · 24/08/2020 07:21

Yes, it can't be more dangerous/harder to protect him in a field in Scotland than it is in London, but the mistake we make is to think that anything we're told in this regard might be true.

The biggest worry is why they need to lie. I mean, everyone knew Mr Johnson had a less than honorable private life but he was still elected, this latest scandal is no threat to him, so why the need to lie? Who cares where the PM goes on holiday, so why lie? What are they really hiding?

FinnyStory · 24/08/2020 07:23

I mean by filling the papers/Twitter etc with speculation about his private life, there's no room for the stuff we really need to know about.

chomalungma · 24/08/2020 07:59

I don't doubt they were on holiday in that cottage. It looks a nice place for a holiday.

That tent - it's not the best place for a few nights camping. Maybe staying in it in the evening - although a gazebo in the garden would do the same job.

StoorieHoose · 24/08/2020 07:59

They are playing the SNP bad card blaming then for leaking the location to the Daily Mail therefore making it dangerous for a unionist pm to be in Scotland with raging mad mental indy folk

derxa · 24/08/2020 08:09

No-one mentioned poor Wilfred's arm stuck over the top of the sling in the photo where a lone Boris is puffing along with the baby slung low in front of him? Looks like the poor child was hastily thrown into the carrier for the photo. Sounds very like someone we all know and love

Peregrina · 24/08/2020 08:19

How come the SNP knew where Johnson was? Did he have to ask Nicola's permission to visit Scotland? Isn't it more likely that someone locally saw him and not being of a friendly persuasion, alerted the press?

Or it's a put up job by Cummings - take your pick.
