'chester freezer'

I'm not defending chester draws, but at least I can understand how it happened.

I've just seen someone talk about their 'chester freezer' on Facebook. There's no excuse.

I’m sure someone somewhere has been annoyed by me asking for two cappuccinos instead of two cappuccini Grin

Yesterday several news reporters kept pronouncing "communal" as " commOOnul". Our elocution teacher at school was insistent that it had a short "u" with the stress on the first syllable.

Are you been mean?

Just seen someone ask for Chester drawers on my local Freecycle. Had she asked for a chest of drawers and asked please, I'd consider offering.

On another request someone asking for a walldrop.

Hue and cry.

Oh, and utmost/upmost have completely different meanings.

I have one friend who insists on using sammich instead of sandwich. You are 52 years old, FFS, it does not make you seem 'cute'!
