To ask what the worst food are?

Like, what foods are so calorific / full of fat but you didn’t realise and now think are not worth eating?

Didn’t realise quiche was so bad now I’m never eating it again!!

I’d also add shop bought sausage rolls and pastry things. They are nice enough, not great but ok and are bursting with calories.

A nice home made sausage roll might be worth the calories, but a Greggs one certainly isn’t!

Greggs Sausage roll is absolutely worth the calories. But only once a very rare blue moon.
