To ask how old you were when you first snogged someone

I’m talking propper snogging with tongues.

Was asked today by my 12yo dd and honestly couldn’t remember! Think it was somewhere around 14 but clearly wasn’t too memorable!

I was 12. It was a cousin of one of my friends. She was going out with his mate so used to go on double dates even though we didn't really speak to our "boyfriends". All a bit strange and awkward.

My very first was when I was 13 on the school field. Spin the bottle. I didn't want to kiss him but peer pressure. I was embarrassed and it was awful. Thankfully it was very brief but there was tooth clashing...
My second, which I will count as my first as I was a willing participant. Also 13. Jamie. In an alleyway near my house. I swear we were at it for a good hour. He grabbed my (fully clothed) boob 😂
After that it was game over. There was much snogging (plus plus) and many boys
I dread my step child getting to this stage (they're 12). I was up to a lot of awful stuff before I should've been.

12 and it was not my choice, I was sexually assaulted afterwards, it was truly awful. I spoke to my mother about it using as much courage as I could muster, and she shrugged her shoulders and told me to stay away from him, but he followed me everywhere, and tried to do the same when I was playing in the pool. He was sixteen. It turns my stomach thinking of it now.

13, a very drunk teacher snogged me, sticking his tongue down my throat outside a xmas school assembly while I stood there bright red with embarrassment.
Was rescued by another very large teacher who lifted him off me.

With a girl 16, we both had train tracks which wad risky, I also didn’t realise you could breathe at the same time.

With a boy 19, and it was like ‘ah, so thats what its meant to feel like’, although I imagine he wondered what on earth I was doing to his face.

About 13-14, a group of us used to play, I think it was called postman’s knock round the cul-de-sac, this was early 70s

Lots of kissing between 9 (bloody hell! - but only Light kissing) and 14. Proper snogging at 14 (and MUCH 'messing around'). First enjoyable snogging (for hours on end) at 15 & Rubbish kissing but more sex at 16.

Finding it all in one package was a tough road 🤣🤣🙄

Just after turning 15. Sort of. I didn't know what to do with my mouth so it was a short, painfully awkward exchange. Tried my first cigarette on the same day, which went better.
Didn't try again until about 18 months later, much nicer experience.

12. I was on a cross-channel ferry between Caen and Portsmouth and got chatting to a 16 year old Scottish lad named Ross. His accent was so strong I could hardly understand a word of what he said. I was dying to snog someone as felt I was getting old and so seized the moment. His tongue swirled as if it was attached to a whisk. Can't say it was the most romantic moment of my life!
