I have a 'thing' for men with big bellies. Always have. DH has one. I'm always touching it, looking at it etc, I've no idea why I like it. 🤨🤨

I often worry that there's something wrong with me. I never, ever would attempt to manipulate anyone like those 'feeder' documentaries you see on TV. It's not about food, I just fancy men with big bellies in general. I know it's unhealthy to store fat there and I feel guilty about that. But I can't help liking it. It's like a fetish.

It's not the scar, it's the overhang that I am referring to, which I've experienced taunting for.

I have found that society seems to be kinder to men with beer bellies than women's post baby bodies.

I like men with bellies
Men who are big, like a rugby player body I guess. Muscular arms, big chest, bit of a belly and chest hair. Like the body of a man who is active, but not excessively and likes his food.

I really dont like men who are too skinny. I think its because I associate them with obsessive cyclists, a lot of really skinny men Ive known have been really controlling

YANBU. I like rugby player type physique. Broad. My DH used to run marathons and got so skinny he barely physically existed. He's stopped that, is eating more and weight lifting and now feels bigger than me which is the way round I like it!

Man in picture has severe liver problems by the looks of it. OP you don't have to feed the partner if you want that look. Just encourage alcohol intake. Men who drink more than they should usually have this look. I don't mind a bit of a pot belly. But if they can't see their own willy that's not attractive to me. Each to their own though. You like what you like OP and as long as it is legal and morally sound, who cares. YANBU.

Not particularly keen on a big belly but would rather that that a big round girls bum - I hate that on a man

I’ve always assumed, possibly incorrectly, that people who are only attracted to bigger people are attracted to them because of reasons of control... the person can change that attribute and then their partner can use it as a reason that they don’t like them any more. eh? Slim women can change and then their partners can use that as a reason they don't like them any more, so how does your logic work? You'd have to ask DH why he's attracted to me even though I'm fat, but I can tell you he hasn't got a hope in hell about it being about control 😂

I feel similar and my most recent ex had a big belly, as did second boyfriend. I also feel a little weird about it at the same time, like it’s wrong for me to like slightly overweight men. I fancy ripped guys too, to an extent, but wouldn’t date one, think he’d probably spend more time at the gym than with me. Plus the fit guys I’ve known haven’t been that nice, personality wise.

Father Christmas does it for Monica in Friends. Maybe it's something to do with him?

I can't see a problem with it! Why is liking one body shape a 'fetish' (per previous posters) just because it's not conventionally attractive? I quite like a belly on a bloke, particularly if their overall build is chunky.

I like a dad bod. Definitely prefer it to super buff personally. I don't think ya necessarily being U to like the huge bellies, like the pic on the first page...but no, it really doesn't do it for me, as it looks really unhealthy. Not in the way being a bit overweight is not the healthiest body, because while that is true, I still find a bit of extra weight can look nice on men. But that big belly looks like someone suffering with cirrhosis or something. Very sad and I don't hate them for being that way, but it isn't something that makes me think phwoar either.

I am not attracted to skinny men, or men with muscular physiques. I like a man with a round belly. Not a massive belly but a bit of one.

I’ve always dated slim men, gym goers or the like, current boyfriend is slightly overweight and has a belly, I’m not attracted to it but I am attracted to the overall package of him. His belly is just part of him, he has been telling me for the last year that he’s ‘working on it’ it looks like he’s working on making it bigger at the moment😂

Does any remember that scene in Poltergeist when the parents are smoking pot in their bedroom? That guy’s dad bod and little pot belly really did strange things to me when I was an impressionable teenager!
