This morning I heard a clatter outside and a engine running. This went on for a while and I was already awake. But it was 6.15am someone had a food delivery. Does this seem very early to have a food delivery I thought they start at 7am for most supermarkets. I work for a supermarket and they dont start this early..

I get woken up at 4am every Tuesday and Thursday by the milkman delivering to my neighbours. The bin men arrive at 6am every Friday.

That's why ear plugs were invented...!

YABU. In times of high demand, they need to offer as many slots as possible.

Just because 6.15 am is anti social to you, doesn't mean it is to everyone. I'm awake before then most days, so it wouldn't bother me and I'd rather everyone who needs a slot gets one where possible. Many people start work at 5, 6, 7 am so are up and about at those times, it's probably a minority who are still in bed later than this, during the week at least.
