Honestly I wouldn't put anything past these people (the wealthy elite). They've been "friends" for years, if she wants to survive prison she really needs Andrew to have a vested belief that she won't reveal any/all his dirty secrets. I still think it's more likely she "catches covid" or "has an accident" though. If that happens the FBI should pursue the prison service for obstruction of justice!

Escape where? The only countries who wouldn’t send her straight back to America are probably Iran, North Korea and Syria. Switzerland probably only has room for one escaped pedo at a time (Polanski)

Tbh if she isn't disappeared and a full trial goes to its conclusion and she goes to prison I wouldn't be at all surprised if she actually were to commit suicide. Can't imagine her life in prison would be at all pleasant.

I can't help laughing at the PP: 'I don't believe her suicide next month was an accident!' I also doubt Epstein's powerful contacts even care that few people believe his death was suicide. Quite the opposite, especially since someone in high authority has made very sure it can't be proved.

The timing of the closing-in of this net is interesting. Steve Bing was allegedly friendly with Epstein too. Now he's safely beyond the reach of any FBI inquisition. Andrew Windsor is nicely protected by the British establishment, but if things do turn awkward what's the betting he'll do a moonlight flit to his friends in the middle east?

Maxwell must have known her cards were marked, which is why she's been so well-hidden all this time. I doubt anyone will be particularly surprised when her father's tragic history repeats itself, which it likely will in 3, 2, 1 ...

The acting DA for Southern district of NY, Audrey Strauss, authoriz
sed and is bringing these charges against Maxwell.

Last week, Trump's Attorney General (Bill Barr) forced the then DA for the Southern District of NY (Geoffrey Berman) to resign his post. Berman had been pursuing investigations into Trump's affairs with Turkey, overseeing an investigation in Giuliani (Trump's personal attorney and one of his political appointees), and also the ongoing effort to get Trump's tax returns disclosed. Trump's aim was and is to have one of his cronies (ex-head of the SEC) appointed instead. Berman resisted being forced to resign (whether or not he was obliged to go on Bill Barr's instructions was a grey area legally, so he fought it). He only agreed to go, finally, when he found out Strauss was going to take his place, at least temporarily.

So, Berman left safe in the knowledge Strauss was going to take over. Under a week later, and well before Trump's permanent replacement for the role could be appointed, Strauss has Maxwell arrested and charged on a 16-page charge sheet.

Berman clearly had the charges and necessary evidence to back them up ready and waiting last week when he was forced to resign. You can't put this stuff together, and locate the woman, in under 5 working days. Strauss just pressed the button.

This thing stinks. Did Trump want to get rid of Berman because of the other investigations (Giuliani, his tax returns, Turkish connections)? Or was Trump trying to sabotage the arrest and charging of Maxwell? If so, on whose behest? To save Maxwell (who has knowledge and information but not that much money at her disposal, relative to Epstein - the woman is history already)? To save Andrew? If Andrew, at whose request was his involvement trying to be quashed?

I have 0% confidence anything will ever come of this. Those poor, poor girls.
