Next VIP slot - site not working

Anyone else experiencing problems? I keep getting an error page when I try and add items to bag 🤬

It's probably high demand. Their website has been pretty glitchy for me lately.

Have you been logged in for ages and not added anything to your bag? I think they give you something like 20 minutes and then boot you off if you don't buy something.

No, I think their site is completely f&£ked 🙈 literally clicked the link to my slot and it won’t do anything says things like access denied or site unavailable. So frustrating!

3hours till my slot. Bet there will be nothing I want by then.

I've managed to put something in my basket, but most things I've clicked are out of stock. Also keep getting error page. Maybe it's just busy?

I forgot that was today. My slot is 7 so there will be nothing left as usual lol

If you look on the Facebook page there are literally thousands of fuming women because it's not working

I've been trying to get on since 5:30. Everyone is kicking off on Facebook about it

I've just logged back in to see if it was any better. Apparently I'm now in a queue. No idea how long for!

My slot was 5.30, text and email reminding me. Link won't work. Log into my account and it says my slot is 6.30 :/ been stuck in queue since then with no sign of movement

I can’t get on at all. Error message straight away.
Ahh well.

My slot was 5pm. I can log in but nothing will add to basket. Then the 3 things I'd managed to put in disappeared.

Still no luck now.

I've also find the website awful lately. Pages keep freezing or crashing to the point I give up.

My slot was at 18.30
I'm in a queue and seem about a quarter of the way in.

My slot was at 4:30 I got in but it was slow logging in, I thankfully had jotted down what I wanted from the preview so went on the quick shop. It was slow loading it and adding to my basket but eventually went through. However on some parts it say it was an insecure site at the top except when I went to basket. I succeeded in ordering 13 of the 14 things on my list

My slot's at 7 but don't think I'll bother now

So when I finally got to the front of the queue, it now says my slot is 9.30!! It was definitely 7pm!!

No communication on change of slot. Poor! I dont know why we bother.

I’m halfway up the queue from my 7pm slot. Not holding out too much hope after reading this thread.

I was browsing the preview before 5 and it was really laggy, then. Hot to 5 and it wouldn't even load. Just gave up because I hadn't found anything particularly fantastic.

Theforest - same. I had a 630 slot. Got on and queued. After an hour it said the queue had finished... And now its saying my slot is at 830.

Yeah after waiting for my slot, the countdown clock has now added two hours on.

I had a 4:30 slot and it was a real pain then- took ages to let me in, ages to add anything to basket, finally got to checkout and the sodding thing crashed! Thought I’d lost the lot but then got a confirmation email. Took over 90 minutes to get my stuff- normally takes about 10.

I’ve tried to go back in but there’s a ridiculous queue now. From what’s being said on Facebook, it looks like they’re definitely pushing slots back too.

Mine was yesterday afternoon, was a bit slow when slot opened but late last night worked well, im assuming was slow due to volume of customers

My slot at 5.30 got pushed to 5.50 and then 6.30. I eventually got on but it was slow going. Most of what I wanted was out of stock by then.

Said last night my slot was 8pm, went onto my account it’s saying my slot is midnight...
