Isn't this a result of the "Lockdown mentality" , the riots that have been taking place , the pressure on law enforcement and health care? This kind of mob believing that they can get away with anything because no one will follow up on them. That must have been so scary for those poor people. Brought right back the memories of a time DH and I were on a bus home and a large group of lads got on and started on us for no reason. They spat on DH and if we hadn't moved out of their way to the front of the bus towards the driver and the cameras I have no doubt they would have hurt us both (and my cat who was with us in a carrier at the time) - scariest experience I've ever had.

Everyone involved in my experience was white too (even the cat!) - the only reason I can think is that DH and I and look a bit alternative?
