Obviously lighthearted but also a dilemma.

We acquired a beautiful set of free bunk beds for our dc from a local selling site. Completely free. We don’t have much to offer in return and the guy looked like a lovely older middle class hippy type. We have a lot of decent weed on us.

I think it would be just what a bloke like him in lockdown would really want but dh isnot so sure.

Those that used to enjoy a smoke but have nothing on them in lock down. Wouldn’t this be a lovely thank you?

I think you've had a lot of stick on here. But it's a strange thing to ask on mumsnet op. Personally I wouldnt-You have no idea what his relationship is like with weed. Lots of 'hippy types' have given it up. If you do ask if he smokes gust give him blim and let him roll it himself. Personally I'd just say thanks for the bed.

This thread is so funny 😂. I don't smoke anything myself but I wouldn't be offended and running to the police if someone offered me some weed in exchange for a set of bunkbeds. I'd just say no thanks and probably giggle and maybe wonder what it was about me that gave off the toker vibe!
