I haven't got a dishwasher now ☹️, but I used to do bottom first.

bottom deck first, because top drips when you poke them about. esp mugs.

Bottom first. Anything else is an abomination

Bottom first so that the drips don't go on the stuff in the bottom. Plus if you unload the bottom first, you can reload it with dirty dishes and then empty the top and load it. Much more efficient.

Who cares! Just get it done!

Bottom first, cutlery basket next then top tray last (because it's full of the kid's plastic stuff which still tends to be wet or holding water).
