Bottom tray first, otherwise any spill over water from the top tray ‘contaminates’ the bottom

Bottom first so water doesn't fall down from the rack above

Mum2jenny · 01/06/2020 22:27

Bottom first imo.

EarlLeighIndamornin · 01/06/2020 22:29

BOTTOM! gavel

EngagedAgain · 01/06/2020 22:40

I haven't got a dishwasher now ☹️, but I used to do bottom first.

Wheresthebiffer2 · 01/06/2020 22:44

bottom deck first, because top drips when you poke them about. esp mugs.

Megan2018 · 01/06/2020 22:50

Bottom first. Anything else is an abomination Wink

angelikacpickles · 01/06/2020 22:55

Bottom first so that the drips don't go on the stuff in the bottom. Plus if you unload the bottom first, you can reload it with dirty dishes and then empty the top and load it. Much more efficient.

taraRoo · 01/06/2020 22:56

Who cares! Just get it done!

Tropical2 · 01/06/2020 22:56

Bottom first, cutlery basket next then top tray last (because it's full of the kid's plastic stuff which still tends to be wet or holding water).
