To think we need to stop calling him Boris

He's not a loveable buffoon, there for our entertainment, he's an important man, with an incredibly serious job to do. He's Mr Johnson or the Prime Minister, Boris isn't even his actual name!

I feel like the more we call him Boris the more we excuse/allow the nonsense.

He should be known as BJ

The Mamabem household generally refer to him as BoJo or Chief Berk (latter coined by DD(8)). Me and DH only refer to him by name if we need to distinguish him from the other bastard clusterfucks in his gang

I tend to call all politicians, especially prime ministers, by just their surname - so Johnson, May, Blair, etc

Seems like the convention really.

I call him Boris Johnson, I don't like the idea he think himself so notorious that just boris will identify him, or that he is some sort of lovable, buffoonish character that he has perfected.

He really should be taken seriously as our prime minister and addressed by his full name.
Sadly his behaviour and actions (or lack there of ) has made this impossible, so anything goes now.
