Disgusting painter opposite

The house opposite have a painter there. He keeps having a break and sitting either in his car or on his car. He's been scratching his balls, picking his nose, spitting and smoking. He's right in my view, would I be unreasonable to ask him to move up the street a bit, so someone else can have a turn?

It's just where I'm sitting and how his car is parked. I've moved now, so I can't see him.

I’m working today painting someone’s house in the heat, some nosey bastard has been watching me all day. Would BU to tell them to stop stalking me? Even if I sit in my car for a tea break, stalker keeps twitching curtains still watching me!

Whats his work like though ? Some of the best artists are a little arrogant and uncouth,maybe hes the Gordon Ramsey of the paint world,suffering for his art and all that.....
