Have you lost weight or gained weight?

There's been various posts about it, and it feels like 50/50 but I could be wrong. That's why I'm posting in AIBU so we can have a poll. Personally I've lost weight.

Vote YANBU if you've lost weight.
Vote YABU if you've gained weight.

If your weight has stayed the same - sorry but the poll can only have two possible answers Grin

I've lost half a stone because all the restaurants and cafes are closed, and I can't buy snacks on my way home from work because I'm already home. We've been cooking healthier meals.

Other people have been saying the opposite, that they've been sitting at home eating crisps.

I don't know how much weight I've lost but the flash around my stomach has shrunk and I've lost a couple of inches off my waist.

I'm not particularly watching what I'm eating, but I am exercising every day whereas before I was only exercising 3x per week.

I also eat when I'm stressed, and not being at work means I'm not stressed anymore, so therefore snacking less through the day. I think I'm also mindful of the fact that if I eat all the time I'll have to go out and shop more often and I really don't want to do that!

Gained 5lbs, just add it to the rest I need to lose. Had been drinking every day, but now I’ve cut it to weekends and have started 16:8 fasting This week, and have lost 3lbs. Still have been doing my regular runs 3 x a week but not much else tbh.

I’m eating healthy and not too much, I’m exercising with the kids but I still put on 5lbs.

It’s because I wasnt walking as much as I do when I’m tearing around on commute, school run etc. I started going out for long walks at lunchtime this week (the rain means it’s nice and quiet Grin) and I’m getting back down to my normal weight. Would love to be one of those people that gets fit in lockdown but I’m still working full time, homeschooling and shopping for some shielding people so I feel exhausted without doing anything physical.
