Properly the poshest name still in usage - hasn’t been pinched by celebs and democratised ... I have only ever met one... it took me ages to work out what his name was. I thought he was called Sinjin for ages and spun this imaginative yarn (mentally) that his parents had found the name on their travels in the Far East.
