Usually more of a lurker than a poster! I am bored and frustrated (like most people probably) and I'm also waiting for news. Not being able to work or see people is making me crazy waiting for this news as I can't distract myself!

Can someone give me a psychic reading and tell me if my news will be good or bad or just tell me anything about the future

I paid a fortune, an absolute fortune, for a reading with a very famous psychic. She has stopped doing 1:1 readings in recent years and has obviously restarted due to corona. Anyway, I had such high hopes. I had convinced myself she’d know something.

Reader, I sat in that video consult for half an hour telling her I didn’t know what she was talking about. It was awful. I felt sick to think of the money I’d spent, and for the loss of my hopes.

I’m not here to debate the rights and wrongs of psychics. Some people believe, some don’t. But what a let down. I was absolutely devastated.

I come from a long line of "fortune tellers" My ancestors favoured by Queen Vic herself.
Traditionally Romany/ Gypsies were used to counsel, you asked them a question and the old Romany Queen gave you an answer,
bit like Tarot works. They didn't cold read, but with practice of course they got used to what they were going to be asked. it's not difficult. Love, money, health etc.
Young girls would learn from their mothers and then become readers too. Yes, it is a skill, some master it better than others. There is nothing magical about it, Gypsy / Roma / Romany don't believe in woo, unless of course we're talking to the gauja. (non, gypsy)

Please don't do this again my love. If I'm not speaking out of turn you can self refer for counselling, by a qualified person, who knows what they are doing. There is nothing at all wrong with it from an entertainment pov and yes, sometimes people get lucky like I did with the purple above.
Next to me is some purple material (velvet) which I'm making into a cloth for my card table. It was easy to guess too, a very popular colour.

@Devlesko thanks. It has just been, genuinely, the worst period of my life and I became obsessed with the fact a psychic would be able to tell me life would get better and then it’d be okay.

And you know what, there’s a terrible part of me that still thinks she was having an off day and she’s probably sat at home remembering what she should have said.

I suppose that’s what these people live off - desperate people at their lowest who have nowhere to go.

These people should be prosecuted or smth. I get paying 20 or 30 quid for fun, but charging someone upset or vulnerable this amount of money is simply disgraceful and should be illegal

Please believe me, I wouldn't lie to you. I do these things as part of an act, I'm an entertainer and romany story teller.
I've been shown how to read people to a certain extent, I'm not really that good tbh. There is nothing magical about it at all.
Nobody can tell you what to do, or the answers. They can only guide.
Somebody who calls themselves a psychic without publishing the fact it's for "Entertainment purposes" is breaking the law, that must tell you something.
I will read for people and follow the descriptors for the cards, tea leaves etc. I won't predict your future or bring spirits from the past because I can't and neither can anyone else.

I use Tarot cards as part of a novel I'm writing (it's the way my character communicates with his banished fairy colleagues) so I have a pack so I can pick the 'right ones' to keep my story coherent for people who know about those things.

I'll shuffle and do a one card reading for the next person who asks :)
